Politics in any country is a gamble. More so, in India given that opinion polls hardly come true. Anything can happen at the last minute.

There are innumerable parties fighting the big battle - the Lok Sabha elections 2014. And it's common knowledge that the two big parties are BJP and the Congress. However, there's a recent addition to this list which is giving sleepless nights to the leaders from these parties. And the party is...Yes, you guessed it right! The Aam Aadmi Party. Although the party is still in its nascent stage, the noises made by AAP has made one sit up and take notice.

Till now, the saffron party and the Congress felt threatened by each other. Now, the recent entry of AAP is sure creating ripples in the political circles.

Political analysts have now come to the conclusion that the three big political parties in the country are the ABC of the Indian politics - the AAP, BJP and the Congress.

The three big names doing the rounds are that of Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, AICC vice-president Rahul Gandhi and of course the AAP founder and former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.

All eyes are on these three big players who it is assumed are top contenders to lead the country. The three leaders too on their part are leaving no stone unturned to make their presence felt in every region they go for their election campaign. Be it taking a jibe at their opponents or even exposing their misdeeds. At the end of the day, what they don't realise is that if they are pointing fingers at others, they must be prepared to face the same.

Political campaigns today is not about telling people what can be done to better their living standards (not just monetary). Every party out there is busy digging up the past of its opponent and blaming its leaders of misrule. Hardly do we come across leaders not involved in rival bashing. The agenda is clear - to cover up one's misdeed by exposing that of others. Nevertheless, voters are taken for a ride and they are left with no choice but to choose the best among the worst.

Here we are awaiting another five-year misrule filled with vested interests. voters have reached such a stage where they think no matter who they choose, miracles are a distant dream. Nothing to look forward to actually!
