Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Sunday dubbed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government as 'anti farmer' and criticised him for his recent 'DNA jibe' against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and people of the state
"Modi sarkar kisaan virodhi sarkar hai...Kuch logon ko Bihar ko neecha dikhaane mein bahut mazza aata hai, kabhi Bihar kay DNA ka mazak udaate hain (Modi Government is anti farmer...Some people enjoy insulting Bihar, sometime they insult Bihar's DNA)," Sonia said at the Swabhimaan Rally here.
"I know the people of Bihar always stand up for their dignity. The crowd here proves that," she added.
“Congress has always respected Bihar. And Bihar is developing under Nitish Kumar’s guidance,” the Congress President added.
Sonia Gandhi also blamed Modi for the economic crises saying the economic condition has become bad because of his wrong policies.
