Neha Hiranandani is the leading force behind the growth and success of ‘House of Hiranandani’ as a distinctive brand with its own identity and geographies. A University of Virginia alumni and a law graduate, she has been the catalyst in the changing landscape of the group. She currently heads the Legal, Finance and Marketing functions of the group.

Since joining the family business Neha has successfully combined her business acumen and marketing expertise to evolve the company as one of the foremost and most sought after brands in real estate. A leader with a focus on the future, she aims to add 20 million square feet of development in the next one year to the overall portfolio of developments within top tier cities in India and abroad in the Residential, Built-to-suit commercial, and Education space.

Passionate, objective and methodical in her approach, she leads a strong team of professionals, which has resulted in superior quality products and services for the consumers. A firm believer in open door policy, she has been instrumental in bringing about a marked transformation in the work culture within the organization.

Neha' leadership has ensured that cultural and social values have remained a priority for the group, even while striving for the bottom line to deliver maximum value for all stakeholders associated with House of Hiranandani.

Neha is an accomplished spokesperson at various thought leadership forums and industry events, proliferating issues along with the achievements of the industry. She is also a member of Indian Merchants Chamber Young Leaders' Forum.

She is also closely associated with the CSR and education initiatives of the group focusing on the quality of educational institutions set up in Hiranandani’s residential communities.
