New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Friday canceled the bail granted by Patna High Court to Suspended JDU leader Manorama Devi's son Rocky Yadav in the Aditya Sachdeva road rage case.

Rocky is accused of shooting dead class XI student Aditya Sachdeva, son of a Gaya businessman, on May 7 following an altercation over overtaking.

Chief Justice Iqbal A Ansari granted bail to Rocky Yadav in the case last week after his lawyer Y V Giri argued that there is no direct evidence of his client's involvement in the incident.

Opposing the bail plea, government advocate Dilip Kumar Sinha told the court that Rocky Yadav was the main accused in the case.

His parents, who were accused of sheltering him, were recently released on bail.
