14 killed, 28 injured as truck falls into canal in Uttar Pradesh's Etah

District Magistrate Amit Kishore said compensation will be provided to the families of those killed.
Fourteen persons were killed and 28 others injured on Friday when a truck carrying a marriage party lost control and fell into a canal here.
The incident took place at about 3 AM when the truck was returning from Agra, police said. The injured have been rushed to a hospital.
