During the telephonic conversation, Singh wished Tripathi speedy recovery and good health.

The Governor was rushed to a private hospital around 7.30 am when he started bleeding from his nose due to high blood pressure, according to a senior official of the Raj Bhawan.

Thought the condition of the 82-year-old Tripathi was stated to be stable now, the doctors have decided to keep him under observation throughout the day, the official said.
