Man masturbates in bus, police want him
The Delhi police have announced a reward of Rs 25000 on a person who allegedly masturbated while sitting next to a Delhi University girl in a bus.
New Delhi: The Delhi police have announced a reward of Rs 25000 on a person who allegedly masturbated while sitting next to a Delhi University girl in a bus.
The incident occurred on February 7. An FIR has been lodged under sections 354 (sexual harassment), 354A, and 294 (obscene act in public place) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Vasant Vihar police station. The police said the details of those divulging information would be kept a secret.
A DU girl captured the man masturbating while sitting next to her in a crowded bus. She lodged a complaint with the police claiming that the man had even tried to touch her inappropriately. The girl said that she got no support when she raised an alarm. The man in question asked her to move to some other seat if she had any objection.
