Rajkumar Thukral, Rudrapur MLA, caused a controversy when he visited a temple in which a Muslim man was beaten by a mob for entering into it.
Rajkumar Thukral, Rudrapur MLA, caused a controversy when he visited a temple in which a Muslim man was beaten by a mob for entering into it.
The MLA stated that outsiders are degrading the worship place which is sacred to Hindus and that, when Hindus aren’t going into mosques, why Muslims are coming into temples.
The MLA has already been in a controversy earlier this year because of slapping two Dalit women at his residence and for roughing up the staff at a toll plaza.
He also sent out a message to police and politicians of the area that if they do not take control of the situation, then the ‘Hindu Sena’ might have to step in.
He also added that those demeaning the Hindu culture, by indulging in religious conversion and love jihad would not be tolerated.
