New Delhi: Upholding the Constitutional validity of Aadhaar, the Supreme Court said Aadhaar must not be made compulsory for school admissions and the school administration too, cannot make it mandatory. The Supreme Court also observed that Aadhaar is not mandatory for UGC, NEET & CBSE examinations. The biometric data shall not be shared with any agency without the permission of the court, added SC.
