Pakistan's former foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar has been named the third most attractive politician in the world in a list published by Real Clear, an American journal. Another Pakistani politician, Imran Khan, also has a spot on the list.
Hina Rabbani Khar attended the University of Massachusetts, where she earned an MSc in Business and Management. She was the 26th Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Known for her brains and style, she's one of the most popular of the celebrity-like politicians in Pakistan.
Imran Khan, cricketer-turned-politician, is eighth on the list. This isn't a huge surprise, because he was acknowledged for his great looks even when he was the captain of Pakistan's cricket team, leading them to victory in the ICC World Cup of 1992. Later, he founded the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party in 1996.
At the very top of the list is Italian model-turned-politician Mara Carfagna, and after her is Enrique Nieto, the President of Mexico. Also on the list is USA's Mitt Romney at 6th place and Sarah Palin at 9th. The list also includes Russia’s Alina Kabaeva, member of United Russia party, who has been romantically linked with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
