1 held for gypping finance firm

Hyderabad: The West Zone Task Force on Friday apprehended one person on charges of providing fake documents and conning Capital First Limited company.

The arrested was identified as one N Vijay Bhaskar, who allegedly purchased home appliances by obtaining loan from Capital First Limited. The accused submitted fake documents including PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank statements, pay slips to obtain the loan. The police seized one computer, Rs 73, 000 in cash and other incriminating documents from the possession of the accused.

Vijay Bhaskar was working in the HR department of Technicode Software Solutions Private limited in Madhapur, prior to which he used to run his own company Softboot Technologies at Ayyappa Society in Madhapur.

Bhaskar used to take copies of Aadhaar, PAN, address proofs, driving licences and bank account details for issue of fake experience certificates and charge heavily. He would then replace photos using photoshop and make new incriminating documents with his picture on them.

He used these incriminating documents to obtain loans from Capital First and then purchase consumer durables to later sell them on OLX at throw away prices. The arrest was made under the supervision of P Radha Kishan Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force.
