Attacks on T officials not correct: TUTF

Vikarabad: It was not proper on the part of Seemandhra people to attack the Telangana officers working in Andhra region, Vithal, district vice-president of Telangana United Teachers Federation, (TUTF) said here on Wednesday. Speaking to newsmen at the R&B guest house here, he said Telangana officer Rajeswara Rao, Group I officers Hanumant Naik and Naveen were attacked while discharging their duties in Andhra region.
The ANMs working Guntur were also being harassed, he added. “There would be no safety for Andhra people in the Telangana if they continued the aggressions there,” he said. Telangana students JAC state coordinator Subhaprad said that the Congress has decided to divide the state in a bid to get political mileage. He demanded immediate removal of the chief minister for supporting Seemandhra agitation.
JAC leader Devaki Devi said that Telangana agitation was the result of greediness of Seemandhra people. Vikarabad JAC chairman Narsimhulu said that the chief minister had lost his credibility to continue in the post. Neelya Naik and others were present.
