God will protect himself: Governor

Narasimhan also prays at Goddess Padmavathi temple Tiruchanur (Tirupati): Governor ESL Narasimhan accompanied by wife Vimala Narasimhan and family members had darshan of Goddess Padmavathi in Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanur on Thursday evening. After having the Goddess' darshan, TTD JEO P Venkatarami Reddy presented Ammavari Prasadam to the Governor. Later, speaking to media persons, the Governor said reception centres with women staff have been established at all police stations in Hyderabad for the convenience of women complainants. The safety of women is very much concerned in the present society and the State government is keen on the implementation of all acts and orders of the Central government, he added. Speaking on the Legislative Assembly proceedings, he said creating disturbance in Assembly session is just normal to opposition parties and as a Governor he went on his own way by delivering the speech, he replied. On providing security to Tirumala temple, he replied that Lord Venkateswara will take care of his safety and security and "as human beings we can't provide him security." No need to worry about the safety and security to Tirumala temple or any other temple in the State, he explained.
