The saying - never expect anything from anyone holds true in many circumstances as expectations when not fulfilled leads to disappointment and clashes. In relationships, girls tend to have more expectation on their partners; however, men end up being confused in some situations.

Here are some of the fundamental things girls expect from their guy:

Quality Time:

The first and foremost thing every girl expects from her partner is to spend quality time together. It’s not like they would want to cuddle up to the guy all day long but wishing to spend some time together is not too much to ask.

Attention:

With hectic schedules, many don’t seem to be having time for their loved ones which is why even in physical interactions, the mind is preoccupied with other stuff. However, a small text or a call now and then makes her feel wanted and shows that you are thinking about her.

Care:

Girls mostly feel a lot of emotions compared to the guys as they care about everything in a strong way. Expecting the same is not completely possible but showing that you care enough for the relationship always keeps your bond intact.

Gifts:

Girls just love being pampered with gifts particularly from their boyfriend or husband. However, it is not an easy way to express love – men go out of their way to give presents for their partners but it’s not about how expensive the gift is. Girls love it when their boyfriends/partners just showcase their love even if it is in the form of flowers.

Taking a stand for her:

Girls expect their guy to stand by her in times of difficulty which motivates and encourages to fight harder.

Importance to her dreams:

It is important to be a part of her life particularly her dreams. While many don’t appreciate their partners dreams nor do have the time to support others dreams. But when a girl supports her guy’s dreams and stands by his side to fulfill it, the least the guy could do is to reciprocate.
