Photos: Sathya Sai World Youth Festival Final Day at Prasanthi Nilayam 

The first ever Sathya Sai World Youth Festival - 2016 at the auspices of Sathya Sai Organisations - India and World-wide came to a grand finale this evening marked with three exhilarating speeches, a Divine discourse followed by a stimulating 'Symphony For Sai' here in, Prasanthi Nilayam.

The programme commenced at 1650 hrs with an address by the Sai International Youth Coordinator Dr Shivendra Kumar from Australia.

Declaring that this is not the end but the beginning of something profound, Dr Shivendra then presented the resolutions emerged out of the just concluded World Youth Festival.

The resolutions were:
...a proposal to have another Sathya Sai Festival in future with different focus, with a Sai Olympics as an additional attraction.

...a proposal to have a Sathya Sai Children's Festival in future, to be organised by the Sathya Sai International Youth, celebrating the joy of knowing Bhagawan at a very young age.

...a proposal to have a "Love All Serve All" Film Festival, to be organised online, during the next Guru Purnima occasion.

...a proposal to have a residential Summer Course.

Other areas include a proposal to serve and save the environment focusing on Planet Earth. All India President Of SSSS Organizations Sri Nimish Pandya addressed the Youth next. A veteran and pioneer of Balvikas and EHV, Sri Nimish Pandya spoke with great élan, communicating the essential message via Balvikas stories. The speaker advised the Youth not to take ownership of any task or achievement, offering the result to Bhagawan. With another story of a lion cub, the erudite speaker reminded the Youth that they are the lion cubs of Sai... and must march on with that spirit.

Dr Narendranath Reddy, Chairman of SSIO, addressing next, touched upon the Mission and Teachings of Sai speaking with reference to the successful conclusion of the SSWYF. Dr Reddy also congratulated the Youth for their wonderful effort, enthusiasm, leadership and Organizational ability that made the festival a grand success. His speech was sprinkled with beautiful anecdotes of experiences with Bhagawan, delivering potent messages.

Still to come, a surprise entry, a young man from the valley of Kashmir, often hailed as the heaven on Earth, which at present is torn apart with cross-border conflicts, addressed the audience next. Speaking with gratitude for the greater influence being wielded by the Sathya Sai Organization in instilling peace in the lives of the affected people, Sri Shahnavas Qureshi, in his speech, expressed hope that the SSSO's efforts would continue in the valley in future. We call Him by Allah and you call Him by Sai, said Qureshi, beseeching the audience to join in prayers for the lives in the Kashmir Valley.

He is the Music that hums eternal melody through the entire creation and He alone is the talent that sings through, generating soul-filling musical-eternity.

A grand musical extravaganza followed next, Symphony For Sai, a blend of both Indian and Western Music orchestrated by over 65 youth members, both men and women, from the Sai Fraternity, ably conducted by Sri Muthukumar Varadarajan, an alumnus of SSSIHL, also a disciple of Table Maestro Ustad Zakir Hussain. Music flowed on, with voice of vocal striking a perfect chord with the many percussions, enveloping the vast amphitheatre with Sai-Musical-Ambience, filling and fulfilling every single heart and soul present in the venue. It turned out to be a perfect show of Unity In Diversity.Bhajans continued and the session ended with Mangala Arathi at 1930 hrs.
