Rishika, Prerna enter third round

Hyderabad: Top seed Rishika Sunkara eased into the third round by defeating Shivani Manjanna 7-5, 6-3 in the Phoenix Live ITF $10,000 women championship, being conducted by DRC Sports Foundation and Phoenix Live, at Leonia Holistic Destination in Shamirpet on Friday.

Fifth seed Prerna Bhambri defeated city girl Bhuvana Kalva 6-3, 6-4 while seventh seed Nidhi Chilumula after winning the first set 6-0 lost the second 1-6 but came strongly to tame Rashmi Teltubde 6-2 in the decider.
