Replying to Hyderabad’s first innings score of 145, Jharkhand went to stumps on the second day at an imposing 366 runs for the loss of six wickets, which translates to a lead of 221 runs with four wickets in hand. Jharkhand will be aiming for a bonus point from the match to qualify for the quarterfinal.

They have 24 points and win and bonus will take their tally to 31 and they will be one point more than Himachal Pradesh who after today six wickets win over Kerala has 30 points.

Saurabh’s first century of the season came from 244 balls and contained 24 fours and four sixes. He was involved in two century partnerships-117 runs for the fourth wicket with Ishank Jaggi and 131 runs for the fifth wicket with Kaushal Singh. Jharkand crossed Hyderabad’s score in the 32.1 overs.
