Hyderabad: The Telangana Athletics Association will be conducting selection trials to pick the State squad at GMC Balayogi Athletics Stadium in Gachibowli from 8am on September 3.
According to the Association General Secretary Prof K Ranga Rao, the team will participate in the National Open Athletics Championship to be held at Chennai from September 25 to 28. Athletes must report to coach Srinivas at the venue.
He said in a release on Monday that Telangana was seeing the emergence of young athletes who can make a mark when pitted against the best of the lot. Details can be had from Ranga Rao on Tel No: 94412-54615.
