In what was the closest match of the first day, NCC defeated SCF 19-18 in the Under-16 boys category to give a fabulous start to the ninth Barack Obama Jr Basketball Free Entry Tourney-2018, being organized by Sports Coaching Foundation (SCF) in their Masab Tank complex.Â
