The advent of technology is good for the development of mankind. However, many in India have started insulting the country's rich culture and tradition after getting carried away by the technology.
The present generation youth, atheists and scientists talk as if older generation and our ancestors knew nothing and were dumb to the core. They always look towards the West and follow any latest research developments and findings with great interest.
However, they forget the fact the what our ancestors did also had lot of scientific reason. No one can deny India's greatest astronomer and mathematician Aryabhatta. However now whenever one talks of astrology, they belittle it as mere superstition.
They behave as if western scientists are near perfection. Even then they removed pluto from solar system for many years only to bring it back.
Charaka who wrote Charaka Samhita is popular for Ayurveda which is hailed even by the West as the best treatment without any side effects.
Chanakya taught political science long time back but people refuse to recognise it. Holy scripture Bhagavad Gita is followed by many top business schools across the world and accept Lord Krishna as greatest Management Guru.
But people belittle them as Hindu scriptures. Same is the case with Yoga. Many refuse though world is practicing Yoga and Surya Namaskars for peace of mind.
Unless and until this mindset changes, India as a nation cannot gain the respect it deserves from the world.
