The first technology CEO on the list is Satya Nadella. India-born Microsoft CEO ranks at No. 4 on the overall list with a compensation of $84,308,755. His salary includes base salary of $918,917, cash bonus of $3,600,000 and $12,729 in perks
Next technlogy CEO on the list is Nicholas Woodman, CEO of action camera company GoPro. Ranked at No. 15, Woodman's total compensation is $77,427,175. His salary comprises base salary of $800,000, cash bonus of $1,893,600 and $47,525 in perks.
Oracle CEO Lawrence J Ellison is the next tech CEO in Equilar's list at No. 7. The CEO of software giant Oracle gets an annual compensation of $67,261,251. This includes base salary of $1 and cash bonus of $741,384 and in $1,540,266 perks.
Chip giant Qualcomm CEO Steven M Mollenkopf ranks at No. 8 on the list and is the next highest-paid technologly CEO. With an annual compensation of $60,740,592, Mollenkopf's base salary is $1,069,239. The cash bonus amount is $1,550,000 and gets perks worth $121,150.
The first female CEO in the list is Yahoo's Marissa A Mayer. The CEO of the troubled internet company earns an annual compenstaion of $42,083,508. Her salary comprises base salary of $1,000,000, cash bonus of $1,108,800 and perks worth $28,065.
Next 'highest-paid CEO' on the list is Salesforce.com's Marc Benioff. His total annual compensation is $39,907,534, this includes base salary of $1,440,000, cash bonus of $2,816,640 and perks worth $1,291,541.
Zachary Nelson of cloud software company NetSuite is next on the list at No. 23 (overall ranking). His annual compensation is $31,640,991, this includes base salary of $500,000, cash bonus of $530,782 and perks worth $8,908.
CEO of cable, internet and phone company Comcast Brian L Roberts ranks next on the list. Roberts earns an annual compensation of $26,465,565, this includes base salary of $2,857,315, cash bonus of $9,000,542 and $4,003,083 in perks.
Michael J Saylor, CEO of business intelligence and cloud company MicroStrategy ranks next on the list with an annual compensation of $24,101,665. This includes base salary of $583,333 and $1,810,332 in perks.
Tech giant Hewlett-Packard's cheif Margaret C Whitman ranks next on the list. Whitman earned an annual salary of $19,612,164, which comprised $1,500,058 in base salary, $4,314,000 cash bonus and $295,394 as perks.
