Each year, the launch of the newest iPhone (s) generates more hype than possibly any other tech related event. In fact, rumours related to the upcoming devices' unveiling start cropping up months in advance of the official launch. Unsurprisingly, the case is no different this year, and the iPhone 7 (and its multiple variants, if they even exist) has been a subject of countless speculations and leaks already.
The latest one, comes from noted mobile leakster Evan Blass (better known by his Twitter handle @evleaks). According to Blass, Apple will be launching the iPhone 7 in the week of September 12. This is in line with previous rumours stating that the phone will launch in early to mid September.
There has been a lot of speculation about the upcoming iPhone(s). These include everything from the device (s) coming in new colours variants to foregoing the 3.5mm audio jack.
Recently, a video surfaced online showcasing a new colour variant - Space Black that the iPhone 7 might come with. The new colour variant replaces the space grey color option that was first made available with the iPhone 5S .
The expected prices of the devices have been reportedly leaked as well, thanks to a post made on Chinese social networking website Weibo . The base 32GB version of iPhone7 is rumoured to be priced at CNY 5288, while the 64GB and 256GB versions will likely cost CNY 6088 and CNY 7088 respectively in China. These prices roughly translate to Rs 53,000, Rs 61,000 and Rs 71,000 respectively.
On the other hand, the iPhone7 Plus 32GB version is rumoured to be priced at CNY 6088 or around Rs 61,000. As for the 128GB and 256GB versions, they'll likely be priced at CNY 6888 (Rs 69,000) and CNY 7888 (Rs 79,000) respectively.
Lastly, the rumoured iPhone7 Pro with 32GB storage might cost CNY 7088 (Rs 71,000). The 128GB and 256GB versions will likely be priced at Rs 79,000 and Rs 89,000 respectively.
