Thereafter Prof Madabhushi clarified through Article published in The Hans India dated 30th July, 2014 Page No. 6 under the headlines of "Who undermined the Constitution".

Madabhushi garu in his articles correctly interpreted and explored U/s 8 of the APR Act, 2014 which is Unconstitutional and can be challenged in the Court of Law under the Writ Jurisdiction.
