Hyderabad: K Murali Mohan has been elected as the secretary of Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce. He was elected unopposed. Earlier, Mohan was the secretary of Hyderabad State Film Chamber of Commerce for the 12th time since 2001. Murali has been elected as vice-president of Film Federation of India, Mumbai for the year 2015. He is serving as executive committee member of Film Federation of India since 2001.


With his efforts, 45 Telugu movies were censored through Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce. Mohan represented various committees of International Children’s Film Festival held at Hyderabad every two years and participated in seven children’s film festivals.


He is also the executive committee member/special invite of South India Film Chamber of Commerce from 2001 to till date which represents six southern States. Murali is executive committee member of Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce) since 1999 till date.
