Employees JAC takes up issue with Ponnam

Hyderabad: The Joint Action Committee of Telangana Employees, Teachers, Gazetted Officers, Workers and Pensioners has expressed its anger at the Congress leader MP Ponnam Prabhaker for his statement casting aspersions on their leaders V Srinvas Goud and Deviprasad.

In a press statement issued on Tuesday, president and general secretaries of TGOs and TNGOs recalled that the employee leaders’ contribution toward the welfare of the employees was immense.

They blamed the previous Congress regime for taking employees for a ride for six years. Only due to continuous efforts of employee leaders, the Telangana State government had taken a decision to distribute cashless health cards to all employee, they said.
