New Delhi: Hyderabad's Lal Darwaza's famous Simha Vahini Sri Mahankali Temple Bonalu festival was held here at the Telangana Bhavan to the delight of the onlookers. This is the first time that the festival was celebrated in Delhi A team of the Temple Committee members along with performers conducted the pooja and installed Kalash.
TRS MPs, Vishweshwar Reddy, K Prabhakar Reddy, B Suman, Seetaram Naik, B Narsaiah Goud and special representative, Ramachandra Tejawath took part in the procession and carried the Bonalu on their heads. The TRS MPs, Jitender Reddy, Vinod Kumar, Nagesh and Congress MP, R Anand Bhaskar, too took part.
