HMTV impact: CCS Police arrest Keshava Reddy Institutions chairman

The Central Crime Station (CCS) on Wednesday night arrested the chairman of Keshava Reddy Educational Institutions, N Keshava Reddy for allegedly failing to repay crores of money collected from parents of students in Kunrool.

As a result of HMTV, the CCS police swung into action and took Keshava Reddy into their custody. According to parents, Keshava Reddy had collected Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1,50,000 from the parents during the time of the admission and assured them that he would return the money once the student completes schooling. However,he failed to repay the money and reports say that the due amount has touched 800 crores.

Several complaints have been filed against Keshava Reddy for not repaying the money. He would be produced before the court today.
