Bakrid holiday on Sept 25
Highlights
The Telangana Government on Monday declared that Bakrid holiday will be on September 25 instead of September 24. Employees of the Muslim community can avail holiday on Friday instead of Thursday. The GAD wing issued GO No. 2589 followed by a notification stating that it has changed the date to Friday for Bakrid Festival (Eid-ul-Azha) to be celebrated in the State.
