The Hyderabad High court on Wednesday issued a notice to Telugu Desam MLA Revanth Reddy in connection with the cash-for-vote scam.
The ACB moved the court seeking cancellation of bail granted to the TDP MLA.
The ACB in its petition mentioned that the court while granting bail to Revanth Reddy imposed several conditions. The court directed him to not interfere with the investigation and not to make any remarks in connection with the case pending against him. But Revanth Reddy had made an an objectionable statement while participating in a meeting at LB Nagar.Responing to the petition, the court issued a notification to Revanth Reddy.
