Khairatabad Ganesh immersion amidst special arrangements

While the Ganesh festival has come to an ends, the Ganesh immersion is being carried out in Hyderabad with grandeur with thousands of Ganesh idols are already immersed in the city. The Ganesh nimarjanam will have around 23,000 idols that will be immersed in water bodies in Hyderabad.

Beginning at Balapur, the main procession will conclude at Hussainsagar with 10,000 idols to be immersed in Hussainsagar. The state government has made arrangements for the immersion to take place smoothly at 23 water bodies.
Khairatabad Ganesh is one idol which always grabs the most attention in the Ganesh festival and special arrangements are taking place to immerse this huge idol in Hussainsagar lake. Khairatabad Ganesh procession will begin at 4 PM and devotees will be allowed to visit upto 1 PM.
