As Hyderabad gears up for the Ganesh immersion, the process of auctioning the laddu is a major event. The Balapur Ganesh laddu bid ended up breaking a record by crossing Rs 10 lakhs.
Last year, the Balapur Ganesh laddu bid reached to Rs 9.50 lakhs and this year Rs 10. 32 lakhs.
MLA Teegala Krishna Reddy speaking on the occasion stated that the Laddu will bring in prosperity to the ones who managed to win the auction and wished for prosperity who participated in the bid.
