Due to the drought conditions, a farmer committed suicide in Allavada village of Chevella mandal in Ranga Reddy district on Wednesday. Hailing from Bonagiri, Yadayya owned four acres of land and took another five acres of land on lease where he cultivated - cotton and carrots.

To accommodate water, three bore wells were planned, out of which two failed. Unable to repay the loan of Rs 4 lakh, the farmer committed suicide by consuming pesticide leaving his wife and parents behind.
