The Chalo assembly march that was called by the Telangana Democratic Forum (TDF) and various other political parties on Wednesday to protest killing of two Maoists in Warangal on September 16 by the police has turned violent.
The Chalo assembly march that was called by the Telangana Democratic Forum (TDF) and various other political parties on Wednesday to protest killing of two Maoists in Warangal on September 16 by the police has turned violent.
Police stopped the procession at Bagligampally and nearly 500 activists were detained at Sundaraiah Vignyana Kendram. Large number of groups was arrested by the police in district centers and Osmania university students were prevented in participating in the march to the State Assembly.
