TDP recalls Mahatma’s services to nation. Newly-appointed Telangana TDP president L Ramana on Friday celebrated Gandhi Jayanti at Nallabandaguda village under Kodad mandal of Nalgonda district.
Kodad: Newly-appointed Telangana TDP president L Ramana on Friday celebrated Gandhi Jayanti at Nallabandaguda village under Kodad mandal of Nalgonda district. Speaking on the occasion, Ramana recalled the services of Mahatma Gandhi during freedom movement for achieving independent India.
He said Telugu Desam was not only a political party but it would also play an active role as a social organisation for development of the society. He called upon people to work for the development of Telangana taking inspiration of Gandhi’s messages.
Meanwhile, the TD leader alleged that the State government has failed to address problems of rural people. TDP district president Billya Naik, Telangana Telugu Yuvata president Virender Goud, party leader Mallaiah Yadav and others attended the function.
