A two-judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising acting Chief Justice Dilip Bhosale and Justice SV Bhatt on Tuesday directed two children aged 12 and 7 to meet up with their paternal grandparents and ensured that they spent quality time with them.

The bench earlier conducted in camera proceedings meeting up with the children in a habeas corpus petition filed by the father.
The children of the parents are estranged and it is the case of the father that his spouse without the authority of law had taken the children away from Hyderabad to Kolkata.
The court had earlier directed the presence of the children and the warring couple.
