A 15-year-old son of BJP leader Ponna Venkatramana was kidnapped by some unidentified persons at Secunderabad Railway station in the wee hours of Monday. According to reports, two miscreants threatened Venkatramana's son Sabarish who arrived at the station by Vishaka express and kidnapped him.
Sabarish is in class 10 and Venkatramana belongs to Old city. The locals who noticed the miscreants immediately alerted Venkatramana. The BJP leader later filed a complaint with the Shalibanda police. A few BJP leaders visited Venkatramana's residence to console him.
