Hyderabad: The Telangana government is all set to auction 10 notified empty lands in Shaikpet mandal. According to official sources a proposal to this effect will be sent to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Monday. The government proposes to sell 14,093 sq yards whose value is estimated to be Rs 102.07 crore. The sources said 10 lands out of 27 in Hyderabad district would be put to auction in the first phase and 17 lands from Ranga Reddy would be auctioned in the second phase.
