Telangana Irrigation Minister Harish Rao on Tuesday campaigned for the TRS party candidate P Dayakar for Warangal By polls.
Harish Rao appealed to the people in Warangal district to vote for the TRS candidate and castigated Congress for having failed to fulfill the promises made to Telangana despite being in power along with flaying the other opposition parties.
The Minister highlighted Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's commitment towards the people of Telangana. Harish Rao during his campaign however, faced obstruction from MRPS activists at Tilak Nagar who staged protests over the categorisation of Scheduled Castes issue. Police had to intervene and took the activists into custody.
