TRS Lok Sabha leader AP Jitender Reddy who participated in the debate of growing intolerance in Lok Sabha on Tuesday accused the Central government for being intolerant towards the issues of Telangana such as distribution of All India Service officers along with state cadre officers, separate railway division for Kazipet, AIIMS and bifurcation of the High Court even after 18 months passed since its formation.

Questioning the Centre, Jitender Reddy said that despite repeated appeals from the state government, there have been no funds allotted to the newly-formed state.
The TRS MP further asserted that Telangana is known for tolerance as all the festivals are celebrated together by both Hindus and Muslims. But he added that if Centre continues the same approach for Telangana, then the state would become intolerant towards it.
