Addressing the issue of drought conditions prevailing in the country, TRS MP Kavitha said that seven states at present are reeling from drought and appealed the concerned Union Minister to take necessary action for the issue.
The TRS MP further said that the number of days of work should be increased to 200 days under Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme and also increase the average pay in some regions as Rs 50 is a meagre amount for the workers.
