The arrangements have been going on in full swing for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's Maha Ayuta Chandi Yagam which will be held for five days from December 23 to 27. KCR has invited several prominent leaders from across the country for the ceremony that is being planned as a thanksgiving gesture to Goddess Chandi for granting separate Telangana state.
Earlier, the Chief Minister inspected the arrangements related to Ayuta Maha Chandi Yagam preparation and the concerned officials have been instructed to take necessary precautions.
Thousands of people are expected to take part in the Yagam and food will be arranged for more than 50 thousand people per day.
