TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation) also known as TSIIC is a Telangana State Government initiative for providing infrastructure through development of industrial areas.

TSIIC (Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation) also known as TSIIC is a Telangana State Government initiative for providing infrastructure through development of industrial areas.
TSIIC is for identifying and developing potential growth centers in the Telangana State fully equipped with developed plots/sheds, roads, drainage, water, power and other infrastructural facilities; providing social infrastructure, like housing for workers near industrial zones, co-coordinating with the agencies concerned for providing communication, transport and other facilities. The Corporation also has active projects in the Public-Private Partnership Mode.
Telangana Industrial Parks
The Industrial Areas ranges from 15 acres to 2500 acres. The Corporation has presence in each and every Mandal Head Quarters of the District. A large number of leading industrial houses have their presence in these Industrial Areas. Some of them are BPL Engg., Kirby Building Products, Asian Paints, GVK, ITW Signode, Aurobindo Pharma, Widia India, Raasi Refractories, Lanco Kondapally Power Corporation, and BSES Andhra Power etc.

Total investment is around Rs.2000 crores with employment generation of about 45000 persons

3 SPVs are formed for execution of the projects
APIIC Ltd and Emaar Holdings hold 26% and 74% equity in all 3 SPVs
Hyderabad International Convention Centre was built on an extent of 15 acres.
Besides equity, APIIC Ltd shall receive 2 and 3% Gross Annual Revenue as lease rentals
The Golf Course with Boutique Hotel is developed on an extent of 235 acres
The assets will revert to Govt. of A P after 66 years of lease without any encumbrances
Hyderabad International Convention Centre was built on an extent of 15 acres.
Convention centre was inaugurated in Jan, 2006
Break-even in the 2nd year of operation as against normal period of 4 to 5 years
Business Hotel commenced operations in Mar, 2006
18-hole Golf was started in April 2008
Integrated Township Project is under execution and model homes and villas are constructed
703 flats in 8-blocks – construction works commenced and expected to allot by March 2010

Industrial Clusters
IIC is developing Industrial Parks in all the districts of Telangana and decided to develop industrial clusters based on the parameters like demand and the availability of the products in the surrounding areas of the cluster locations by availing Government of India grant under MSE-CDP scheme for the newly developing clusters and up gradation of existing Industrial Parks.
Till date IIC filed the applications on line with Development Commissioner – MSME for the following 10 Industrial clusters for in principle approval / Govt of India grant.
Local Director, MSME-DI and Commissioner of Industries, IIC Telangana Unit also recommended and forwarded the applications to DC – MSME, New Delhi.
In the phase II applications for the following Industrial clusters will be filed. Preparation of DPRs is under progress.
In addition to the above places some more locations are identified and the land acquisition process is under progress:
