The book published by CGG, emphasises on real life incidents to highlight the difference between theory, concepts and practice.

The book provides critical, up-to-date reviews and is about public service values, integrity and rationality of governance, ethics management and the ethics of governance. Ramakrishna Rao remarked that just as the Harvard Business School was renowned for its case studies, this book also provided a real value addition in the form of real life case studies that were also insightful, enjoyable and were with trademark humour.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohan Kanda said ethics was an art and not a science to learn from a guru but something anchored in space and time.
