Sahaja Yoga music festival tomorrow
Sahaja Yoga Telangana State coordinator K Brahma Chary said they would be conducting Music Festival of Inner Peace at Ravindra Bharathi on Sunday evening. Speaking to the media here on Friday, Brahma Chary said Sahaja Yoga Meditation was available for practice in all the districts of Telangana.
Hyderabad: Sahaja Yoga Telangana State coordinator K Brahma Chary said they would be conducting Music Festival of Inner Peace at Ravindra Bharathi on Sunday evening. Speaking to the media here on Friday, Brahma Chary said Sahaja Yoga Meditation was available for practice in all the districts of Telangana.
In majority of corporate offices in and around Hyderabad, Sahaja Yoga meditation was undertaken as a Stress Management Tool, which results in cohesive working environment and increase productivity.
He also said many educational institutions, colleges, and schools provide Sahaja Yoga in their curriculum as a personality development tool for the youth.
Brahma Chary said Sahaja Yoga is a non-profit organisation committed for teaching and sharing the benefits of meditation. Established by Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970, practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation enables individuals to easily awaken the inner energy and it would reduce the inner problems of human-beings.
