Keeping in view of the scorching heat wave conditions and the rising mercury levels, the Telangana Government has decided to bring in some relief for the students by advancing the summer holidays from April 16 itself.
Announcing the decision, Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari said that the summer holidays that were originally supposed to begin from April 23 have been advanced by a week to April 16. The schools are set to re-open on June 13. The Minister added that the school managements who don't follow the summer holiday schedule will be facing stern consequences.
