Addressing the media in Adilabad, Harish Rao responded to YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's three-day Jala Deeksha that was launched on Monday as a protest against Telangana government for planning irrigation projects over Godavari river and said that all the allegations were false.
Pointing out that one Minister from AP was filing cases against Telangana over the river projects and another has taken up fast against the projects, the Minister advised Jagan not demand water to Rayalaseema and Krishna delta, in turn, fall to the curse of farmers in Telangana.
Harish Rao even clarified that the previous Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy had not diverted waters meant for Telangana to Rayalaseema.
