The State government is ready to implement the 12 per cent reservations for the Minorities, Deputy Chief Minister Mohd Mahmood Ali asserted here on Saturday. Addressing a review meeting, Ali said the government was according top priority to the welfare of the Minorities. He asked the Revenue staff to work with dedication and ensure transparency in addressing the people\'s problems.

Addressing a review meeting, Ali said the government was according top priority to the welfare of the Minorities. He asked the Revenue staff to work with dedication and ensure transparency in addressing the people's problems.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed the officials to complete land acquisition for various projects and help their expeditious completion. He urged the Revenue employees to ensure that benefits of the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak schemes reach all eligible persons, while taking care to keep out the bogus claimants.
Ali laid the foundation for various development schemes in Nirmal town. He said office building would be constructed soon, He alleged that the previous governments in the region had neglected development. Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was allocating funds to complete all pending projects.
'KCR has increased the budget for the welfare schemes for the Minorities, like the Shadi Mubarak scheme and launch of residential schools. For the first time in the country Imams and Moazams of mosques were being paid Rs.1,000 each as honorarium, he said.
District Collector Jaganmohan informed the Deputy Chief Minister that there was no problem in securing land for the Mission Bhageerath. Joint Collector Sundar Abnazar urged him to fill the vacant posts of surveyors. Posts of surveyors remain vacant 24 out 52 mandals. The Deputy Chief Minister promised to examine the issue and take a decision
Ali directed officials to secure land for the Wakf Board office and to protect the Wakf properties. He assured Minister Jogu Ramanna that shadikhanas would be constructed in towns. Ministers Ramanna, A Indrakaran Reddy were present at the review meeting.
