The chief amounts of rainfall recorded elsewhere in Telangana were: Manuguru 6 cms, Manthani, Kunavaram, Bhadrachalam 5 cms each, Narsampet, Shayampet, Domakonda, Kothagudem(Warangal dist) 4 cms each, Nallabelly, Mulakalapalle, Burgampadu, Ramayampet, Dubbak, Balkonda, Aswapuram, Bejjanki, Boath, Dummugudem, Parkal, Thimmapur, Varni, Atmakur (Warangal dist), Pinapaka, Hasanparthy, Govindaraopet, Gundala 3 cms each.

The Met bulletin said on Tuesday that as the trough from Odisha to south Tamil Nadu across coastal Andhra Pradesh is persisting, it has warned of light to moderate rain or thundershowers occurring at a few places in all Telangana districts from July 6 to 9. No significant change during the subsequent three days.

According to the bulletin, during the last 24 hours, Khammam recorded the day’s highest temperature of 36 degrees Celsius. The recordings of temperature elsewhere in the State were: Nalgonda 35, Bhadrachalam 34, Ramagundam 33, Hakimpet, Hyderabad, Medak , Nizamabad 32 each, Adilabad and Mahbubnagar 31 each.
