GHMC cautions citizens not to purchase land in Tolichowki

GHMC Commissioner B Janardhan Reddy said that a company by name Pride India Ltd was violating HMC Act by displaying a layout plan without obtaining any permission from the civic body.
The Commissioner on Wednesday appealed to the citizens not to purchase land in survey numbers 41, 174, 177, 178, 180/1, 182(P) and 211(P). Despite several warnings, the private firm had been carrying out illegal sale in these survey numbers and the GHMC had initiated action against the accused persons, he said.
