Participating in a medical camp held for pregnant women in the mandal headquarters on Tuesday, he urged women to undergo medical tests regularly.  Blood tests and HIV virus tests were conducted on 100 women and among these, ten women were shifted to government hospitals in Banswada and Nizamabad towns for emergency treatment. 

Birkoor (Nizamabad): Mandal Health Officer Dilip Kumar said that maternity and infant mortality rates could be reduced to a great extent by implementing the health scheme Maarpu.
